Exercise, no doubt, helps to keep our body fit and strong. Though the scenario is clear to us but most of the people becomes failure and can’t start exercise due to the lacking of perfect willing power. So to achieve the goal of exercise we need to be cautious about our mental preparation and willingness.
Actually the main fact is our mental approach and thinking. With mental stress and worries we can’t continue our workout and it will not be beneficial also. What we can do to follow some steps to start exercise making ourselves free from mental stress and worries. Slow stretches, deep breathing and calming mental images helps us to do so and gradually improves our willingness on exercise.
The best procedure what I have found to start exercise is to select some short and simple goal which can be easily attainable. If they are completed successfully we can move to the complex goal. Perfect concentration helps us to achieve success in that situation. It is also a good idea to vary the exercise we perform as it helps to keep motivated in workout.
