<p>Maintaining a healthy exercise and nutrition program is not only beneficial for overall health &amp; fitness, but can also help to improve many aspects of one&#8217;s life. When you get a better body, you get a better life.   From improving confidence levels, to having more energy, to strengthening the immune system (aka less sick days), to just plain drawing more positive to you because of a more positive aura; a healthy fit lifestyle is absolutely a key to a total life of fulfillment &amp; joy. </p>
<p>Getting fit is easier than you think.  Two sixty minute resistance sessions &amp; two or three Interval Cardio sessions per week is all the time it takes to sculpt a new you.   Having a proven routine from a respected source is a must.</p>
<p>Working out and eating healthy is a great way to increase energy levels throughout the day, without needing to drink coffee or drinks loaded with caffeine. After maintaining a regular workout program of about 5 hours a week, one will be able to notice a significant change in their energy levels. One can expect to gain 3 to 4 additional hours of energy each day when following a regular exercise program, making more time for work, fun, and enjoying life. </p>
<p>Working out and getting fit is also great for gaining confidence, which can in return have a huge impact on one&#8217;s life. <p>During aerobic exercise, such as swimming, jogging and biking our body uses carbohydrates as fuel. But when duration increases, our body begins to burn fat. On the other hand during anaerobic exercise or short-term, high-intensity activities glycogen (complex formed carbohydrates) are used as fuel source. This type of repetitive, vigorous activity can burn most of the carbohydrate of our muscles. </p>
<p>We need to eat small and easily digested meal consists of complex carbohydrates before 30 or 60 minutes of exercise. And try to avoid simple sugar like candy it can lead to low sugar level during exercise. But can have it when we have no more options. Another thing is drinking enough water before one or two hours of working out. Because its essential for optimal physical performance, resistance to injury, and maintenance of normal body temperature. </p>
<p>Right after workout have small snacks to recover glycogen level of muscle. After one hour of exercising eat heavy meal that should be combination of lean protein and complex carbohydrates. Don’t forget to drink enough water. First measure weight after workout and then drink two cups water for every pound of weight loss.</p>

Though the scenario is clear to us but most of the people becomes failure and can’t start exercise due to the lacking of perfect willing power. So to achieve the goal of exercise we need to be cautious about our mental preparation and willingness.</p>
<p>Actually the main fact is our mental approach and thinking. With mental stress and worries we can’t continue our workout and it will not be beneficial also. What we can do to follow some steps to start exercise making ourselves free from mental stress and worries. Slow stretches, deep breathing and calming mental images helps us to do so and gradually improves our willingness on exercise.</p>
<p>The best procedure what I have found to start exercise is to select some short and simple goal which can be easily attainable. If they are completed successfully we can move to the complex goal. Perfect concentration helps us to achieve success in that situation. It is also a good idea to vary the exercise we perform as it helps to keep motivated in workout.</p>
